What keeps me going outside of work.
Good work comes from a full life. Here’s what keeps me grounded, sharp, and energized.

Geopolitics & International Relations
The world shapes the supply chain.
My second degree from Syracuse University is a B.S. in International Relations, and I never stopped following the world. I keep up with global affairs, security, and trade, and how they shape supply chains and markets.
Tariffs, alliances, and conflicts don’t stay in the headlines. They show up in lead times, sourcing decisions, and prices.

Rock Music
Loud drums. Loud guitars. Real lyrics. Grit and soul.
I grew up with rock music, and I still play it, on drums and guitar. The Eagles, Metallica, a backbeat that drives the song and a bluesy solo on top. Rock has always been about honesty and energy, and playing is how I recharge.

Finance & Economics
Money is a tool, not a goal.
I study the markets, watch policy, and dig into the numbers. My finance degree started it, and curiosity keeps it going. Understanding how money and the economy move makes me a better decision-maker, at work and in life. If you understand money, you protect your time.

Exercise & Movement
The mind suffers when the body is ignored.
Movement doesn’t have to be complicated. A walk, a lift, a stretch. Staying active keeps my head clear and my energy steady, and it’s a habit I protect.

Healthy Lifestyle
Healthy doesn’t mean perfect. It means conscious.
I keep it simple: eat clean, stay active, limit stress, get real sleep. Small, consistent choices add up, the same way they do in a well-run operation.
I also follow Boston and world news closely. It’s why I started The Boston Report.
