Founder & Principal Consultant · Since 2018
Statadventure, LLC
Supply chain and operations consulting with an AI support practice for U.S. small and mid-size manufacturers and growing businesses.
Statadventure is the consulting firm I founded in 2018 and lead from Burlington, Massachusetts. It helps manufacturers see supply risk and tariff impact sooner, optimize inventory and sourcing, move work through plants and warehouses with less friction, and put practical AI and data to work. Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute call, and scope is agreed before any work starts.

Featured offer
Supply Chain Software Development
Custom supply chain software built with Python and SQL and AI-assisted development. It turns fragile spreadsheets and manual reports into tested tools your team can run and maintain.
- Demand forecasting and S&OP planning: baselines, accuracy and bias tracking, and monthly planning views
- Inventory: safety stock, reorder points and dead or slow stock analysis
- Supplier-risk visibility: part, supplier and country exposure maps, and landed-cost what-ifs
- Dashboards: one trusted KPI view from your ERP exports and spreadsheets
- Workflow automation: scheduled data pulls, checks, alerts and report generation

What a typical engagement looks like
1. Scope
A free 30-minute call, then a written scope: the decision the tool supports, data sources, outputs, acceptance tests, timing and price. Nothing starts until you approve it.
2. Build
Short build cycles in Python and SQL, with AI-assisted development and line-by-line review. Results are checked against hand-calculated examples and reconciled to your source data.
3. Handover
Code, documentation and a walkthrough for your team, with owners and a simple run-and-update routine, so the tool doesn’t depend on me. Optional support afterward.
Who it’s for: U.S. small and mid-size manufacturers, including job shops, make-to-stock and assembly or contract manufacturers, and teams outgrowing spreadsheets and manual reports. Your data stays under your control, and I work within your IT and AI policies.
How Statadventure keeps it honest
- Scope in writing: the question, inputs, deliverables and timing are agreed before work begins.
- Facts, assumptions, options: every deliverable marks what’s confirmed, what’s estimated and what still needs verification.
- Honest limits: no guaranteed savings or supplier outcomes, and no legal, customs or tax advice.
- A handover you can run: working tools, owners and a next step.
